9 month update!!!
wow your doing great, i didnt ahve as much to loose as your but i was 16/18 and 4 months later im size 6 now,, i to hope to be a 4 or 2 im 5ft4 so a shortie. it feels great to walk in a store and the clothes fit, i tried on a med. short dress and i was like wow it fits and looks good. LOL
I eat alot, i eat all the time, im loosing 1lb a week now, i excerise 5-6 days a week, when im not over tired.
the nutriniost told me to maintaine my wt now, have you been told that? Im at 31% body fat, i would love to loose all the fat.
