Good bye Stall!!! I lost 2 pounds this week officially breaking my two weeks stall. I think not freaking out about helped me out alot. Walking, walking and walking help and believe it or not, eating more. I realized that I was not eating enough. I was cheating myself of protains.

Great job! I hit a stall last week also (3 week post-op) and it came off with water water water!!! I've come to the conclusion you can never have enoguht!

I'm in the same boat you were. I came down with a migraine on Tuesday which gave me an upset stomach so I didn't eat or drink enough. Now trying to catch up on the liquids and proteins. I know it's because I am lacking that I'm not losing this week - along with my body adjusting to what I did to it 6 weeks ago.
Hang in there, Sleeve Sista! We can do this.
