Stalled for 3 weeks and an NSV

 Hi All,

I was feeling a bit down bec I hadn't lost any weight in 3 weeks...I am still exercizing and getting all my protein in but the scale wouldn't move.

To make a long story short this morning I found the scale did move by 2 pounds! I was very excited, so hubby says to me "you still look thinner than 2 lbs why don't you measure yourself, ok i thought.

To my surprise since July 14 I lost 2 pounds and 2 inches all around!  The exercising works 2 inches is a huge accomplishment

I'm feeling so good that I decided to do one other thing and try on some size 16 clothing that I had in the closet,  IT FITS! whoo hooo

I am on cloud 9 today

What great news!  Pounds lost, inches lost, size lost!  You are just losing like a maniac!  I'm so happy for you!  Keep workin' that sleeve!

That's great Lexi! I am glad to see that we were sleeved around the same time; I had a 3 week stall too. It just broke this week. So glad for us both!

I'm happy for your breakthrough with the scales and the inches, but I'm even happier that you have a hubby who is so encouraging.  I've lost 120 lbs..at goal, and he has still yet to give me a compliment. :(

Congrats surgery sister. ;) I have had 2 stalls already, the 2nd one just broke yesterday. I'm definitely learning to not let the scale affect me one bit. I know I definitely lost inches while during the first stall. Just gotta keep on doing what we're doing!
