I'm so excited that I just had to share....I'm down 101 pounds as of today!! I was sleeved in March, so it's only been 4 1/2 months. The key to my success is staying on plan, eating what I'm suppose to eat and not cheating, getting in all my water everyday, and exercise.

I started out at 274 pounds, a size 22 W pantssistine 2X shirt, and a size 11 shoe. Now I am 173 pounds, a size 12 pants and dress, size Medium shirt, and a size 9-9 1/2 shoe.

When I look in the mirror I still can't believe it's me that I'm looking at. Getting sleeved was the best thing that I have ever done for me, not for anyone else, but for

9 more pounds to my Doctor's goal for me, but my goal for myself is 157.

Praising God for wonderful, amazing results thus far!

Great work!!!  Keep it up!  We have very similar starting points.  I hope I can be as successful!  How much have you been exercising?  That's the one area that I probably need to step it up now than I'm having a little more energy and feeling better!

I exercise everyday. I run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. At first I walked, then I stepped it up to running doing the couch to 5k app. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I do my elliptical for 20 minutes and then my Wii Fit for 30 minutes. Sunday's I enjoy a nice walk around the neighborhood.

Keep the faith and you will succeed!
