Dumb question...can one get to much protein ?

Protein has calories, so yes, you can get too much as in too many calories.  But it would be close to impossible after the sleeve, especially in the early stages.

And depending on your body and the fuctions of either your kidneys or liver, you can get to much protein to where you can't process it.

It's an AWFUL LOT of protein to do this.  Which is another reason why having a doctor follow your labs is essential to LIFE in general but especially to post ops.

I get on average about 75-90g a day and my 4 year labs said I wasn't getting enough.
