I am not losing!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm not sure how many calories, carbs, etc. you are getting in a day but I know I don't lose anything until I stick to less than 800 calories a day with approx. 30 grams of carbs. I struggle with going any less than that being almost a year out. For me, eating carbs makes me want more carbs so I really need to limit that while in the losing phase. Cardio helps my weight loss too & drinking at least 10 cups of water.
