I'm 2 weeks ahead of you surgery wise. Definite decrease in weight loss after 6 months. However I still managed to lose 47.8 lbs from months 6 to the present. Like everyone before me, tighten up your plan, track EVERYTHING, get your water and protein in and I'm sure you'll hit goal
Good luck!

The last 20 pounds or so are the hardest. When my weight loss slowed down, I asked my doctor if there was anything I could do to step things up.  This was his basic advice.

1) Track everything and keep your calories under 800
2) Eat almost exclusively lean, dense, homemade protein and green veggies.
3) Drink like a fish.
4) Exercise

When I did what he told me to do, the weight started to fall right off again.

I sooooooooo needed to read this! I haven't been here in awhile due to work and school, but I want to lose 20 more and it seems as if these pounds arent going anywhere. My car us down at the moment and the gym is too far so walking it is until I'm able to get back on track. Thanks for the advice...and I miss you all!
