What's the best/worst thing you make in the blender?
I have a refirb Vitamix that's past 10yrs going strong! I use it daily..
Best stuff: hummus, nut butters, nut flours, soft-serve ice cream (now protein & healthy), super-smooth pureed soups, salsa (ok, but would prefer a food processor), powdering dried herbs for quick marinades, powdering rock hard rinds of parm cheese to use in spreads, best frozen margaritas & drinks.. I use it for just about everything, and so far- no hitches!
Worst.. tried to make a green smoothie with kale, couldn't stomach the taste.. but the kale was completely blenderized to green goo, not one shred of plant to be tasted!
