Vitamins
I'm having my sleeve done next Monday,. So decided to do a little shopping for some vitamins. i know my tastebuds may change so i bought a tiny sample package. I tried a sample and picked up Bariatric Advantage Orange Flavored Multi.
What are some of the additional vitamins Sleeve Patients need to take. My NUT is planning on going over all of that, i was just curious cause id like to start doing research and pricing stuff.

The basics are usually:
1-2 adult complete multis a day (Centrum type)
B12 as needed by your labs (500-1000mcg sublingual, try to get the methyl type, not cyano.. better)
Complete B that has B1, no need for high dose "stress B" just regs..
Cal citrate
I use just whatever I can find on sale, Centrum or comparable, cal citrate caps or powder, and just regular vites. No need to pay extra for bariatric vites unless you really like them. Your labs will indicate what else you may need.. most need D3 as we are generally all on the low side unless you live someplace really sunny & warm (in which case, I'm jealous.)
