Tired of Eating!
Since I joined BootCamp this week, the Dr's office wanted me to boost up my calories to 600-700, well I was avg 450 cal a day. So I have to clock and plan my eating and drinking ALL day long. I know that I should plan everyday and I do plan everyday, but having to schedule every 30 minutes something else to eat or drink is getting on my nerves! I just don't wanna eat!

I just add another protein drink when I am lacking calories for the day. Dont get me wrong ... Another flippin' shake is usually the last thing I want but hey if I have to have something it is low in carbs and gets me rockstar protein levels for the day. Just a suggestion!
