Starbucks???

How do you calculate the calories in drinks at Starbucks since there are so many options as to what you can add or take away from a drink??
It was a spur of the moment thing yesterday and I've not had Starbucks since surgery and I honestly did not know what to get so I got a grande iced coffee with sf vanilla and soy milk. I hope I did ok with that but I really have no idea cause when I tried to put it into mfp it did not give me the option with sf syrup and soy milk. Can anyone help me??
Also since I'm on the topic... What do y'all get from Starbucks so that I know what to get next time?
Thanks!! :)

I normally will get a tall skinny caramel machiatto. It's 100 calories, 16 carbs and 8 grams of protein. Tastes great and gives me that kick I need on my long work days. I have to make it a point to work it into my plan though because it's fairly high in carbs.

If you do iced drinks, the powder is fine to add but don't do it for their hot drinks. It ends up in lumps and is gross, gross, gross. Did I mention GROSS?
