About Time!!!
I told my boss several weeks ago,I needed a medical leave and would be having surgery 10-29.I was told my leave couldn't be approved at that time, due to it was non-emergency and another employee was on a leave.So it was like,ok,let me know.We're getting close here and nada from the boss in weeks.So,I talk to her today and ask her if I need to reschedule my surgery and she looks at me like I have 2 heads and tells me my leave is approved.I remind her she hasn't talked to me in weeks or told me that. She tells me if I'd looked at the schedule she e-mailed me, I would have know. I tell her she hasn't sent me a schedule in a month and my leave wasn't on there.Apparently she had revised the schedule a few times and never sent it to me.I'm glad everything worked out ,but, I was a little upset.Just venting!!!! I've learned a lot coming here from everyone and pray for all us here everyday for help battling our addictions and having the healthiest lives we can.
