4 months today

Today marks 4 months since my surgery.  49 LBs so far, weighing 158. I have dropped my BMI from 36 to 27.   I am wearing 10s and 8s.   Everything is going very well. I feel wonderful, my diabetes is gone.  I no longer snore and I sleep amazingly sound.  I did not realize I was not getting a get night's rest before.   I have major issues with bowel movements and my hair has begun to fall out.  Luckily I have thick hair.  I am doing well with my eating and feel like this is life style not a diet.  I still cook and go out to eat.  My exercising needs major improvement.  I hope to really work on that.  My first goal is 145.  Then I will determine the rest once I get there. 

 That is awesome. keep up the great work. I am almost a month out and can relate about the bowel movements, I am lucky if i go once a week... Keep us posted you arent far from goal.

Great Job! Congratulations.  My diabetes is my number one goal from this surgery!  SO inspirational!
