Third and final visit with surgeon before surgery!

Today I had my 3rd visit with my surgeon. I am only required to have a 3 month supervised diet, and this marked my 3 months! By the end of next week, I will be finished with all the pre-op testing (unless the sleep study doctor determines I need a sleep study and then I dunno when that will be scheduled). My doctor estimates that my surgery will be either right before or right after Christmas. I'm getting excited and really nervous!!

Oh, and I lost 6 pounds since last month.  I really need to get serious about losing some weight though. My doctor told me (again) that he wants me to lose as much weight as I can before surgery to make his job easier and make complications less likely.
