Food Question about Applesauce

I'm kinda curious about how applesauce falls into the food versus liquid thing??  Do I count it as liquid (especially since I eat the squeeze pouch version) or is it a snack?  I'm curious as to how everyone else would see it, especially since it's Sunday and I can't call my NUT..

Yeah I had similar thoughts. My prilosec says to break open the capsule and pour it on applesauce to eat. Which I was prescribed on 'full liquids' so at first I tried different ways of 'taking' the prilosec but finaly gave in and had some applesauce probably 3 days post op.

My stomach has handled it fine, So I have had it a few other occasions. Still on full liquids. I eat the baby food sized ones that come in 4 and 6 packs. If it seems too thick maybe just add water?

 

Those are the ones I eat too.. I just made the mistake of eating a whole package, which is 3 oz.. and paid for it for almost an hour.. :(

Applesauce was considered a full liquid for me.

Ouch!!! Maybe you ate it too fast? Or maybe it had added sugar. My tummy doesnt seem to like sugar at ALL! The ones I get are just apples, water and axorbant (sp?) acid for 'preservation'
