Recipes!

i have not made it past my supervised diet yet (3 MORE MONTHS) but im looking for recipes that are sleever friendly- good protein, low carb, and over all good tasting. hubby and i cook a lot, and im wanting to develop good cooking habits now rather then later. what are some good websites or your own recipes? We love: chicken, turkey, shrimp, and beef. also any veggie meals would be good too. anything that is a soup, stew, salad, snack, main course, side dish would be helpful! thank you VSG's so much!

google world according to eggface.  She had RNY but her recipes are great and Sleeve friendly as well!  I also love skinnytaste.com. 

forget the shrimp ,,use lobster, 1 lobster tail will last a few days

i would do crab but i hate crab with a passion even blue Maryland crab, so ill do shrimp :]

I disagree with the comment on forgetting the shrimp.  Shrimp is high in protein and I use it a lot.  Also crab is another good choice as is any seafood.
