For Crossfitters:
I'm not a crossfitter, but my dr told me I can start lifting and spinning again at 2 weeks out...but he did say that I might find it hard since I won't be eating a lot of cals...it might take some time to build up the energy level and to not feel exhausted all the time. I personally can't wait to start working out again! I have tons of energy right now...but I'll start easing into it next week!
Currently 180 - 76 lbs lost! Surgery 11/7/12, 36 years old, 5'8". I live in Hong Kong and it's a bit different here!
