Day 5 post op and happy to report im home and feeling alot better. Still having alot of pain with swallowing so im just taking it slow. Im worried i will be quite low on fluids. Last night i came home and got the best sleep in 4 days and feel so much better. Feels great to be on the loosers bench

Congrats! Its nice to get away, even for surgery, but always wonderful to be home in your own bed! enlightened Praying things continue to improve and for your speedy recovery.

I was only away for ONE NIGHT and if I COULD HAVE jumped with joy I would have! Although getting INTO my own bed hurt like hell I was as happy as a lark to know I would have a quiet night to sleep!!

YAY for being home!  Take it easy, watch some trashy TV (I watched FoodTV, LOL) , suck down liquids and walk around.  Do NOT pay any attention to the other stuff that needs to be done around the house! At least for a couple of days!
