Been super busy this last week and a half getting ready and starting Christmas celebrations. Just wanted to get a quick check in while I had the chance and wish everyone a MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!! Surgery is now just a few short days way....January 3rd!

Good luck! You're going to do great. I'm just a few days post op and haven't regretted it or a second! Also, I have a New Years Resolution I can actually come through on this year, haha.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
