I've been wanting cheese and had ordered Unjury's Proteined Cheese before surgery. I just tried this and YUM-my!!!

1 scoop Protein'd? Cheese Sauce by UNJURY
2 Tablespoons Instant Mashed Potato Flakes1
2/3 cup Water

Directions:

Mix 2 Tablespoons of Instant Mashed Potato Flakes with 1/3 cup of ho****er.

Cover the potato mixture with microwavable plastic wrap, folding back one corner to vent steam.

Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds.

Carefully remove potato mixture from microwave-potatoes will be hot; whip with a fork.

Let potato mixture cool for 1-2 minutes2, then add 1 scoop of the Protein'd? Cheese Sauce and stir until mixed.

Heat 1/3 cup of water in microwave for about 20-30 seconds; Add heated water to potato and cheese mixture. Stir until smooth and enjoy!

No I'm still doing liquids. This is made out of potato flakes so I just added more water to get the right consistency. It was wonderful.

I was wondering if that cheese sauce from UNJURY is good. Did it clump up at all? Is it very salty? Their Chicken protein broth is very salty!

I did think it was a little salty bit once it was diluted with the other stuff it was about right.
It didn't clump at all and I was a little surprised by that but it was about perfect. I get their newsletter and this recipe also came with one for chili. I'd like to try that in a couple of weeks when I get to that phase.
