Stepping into the new adventure...

So, the day after X-mas and two weeks post surgery.  The scales say I have lost my first  pound.  (Last two weeks loosing the 18 or so pounds do surgery weight).  Anyways, guys, I'm feeling GREAT!  Treadmill 60 minutes at  3 mph.  Eating some eggs and hot cereal and yogurt along with the protein drinks - and oh, so greatful and happy and excited to be on this  journey.

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

SOUNDS LIKE YOUR DOING GREAT  just don't over do the exercise the first 6 weeks ,unless you doctor says other wise

your body needs time to heal and adjust
