Why so Slow?
I've only lost about three pounds this past week, and thought things should be going a bit quicker. I'm not THAT far out from surgery. I'm eating on plan, and exercising. I DO struggle to get all my protein in because I've come to really nearly gag on the shakes. Could this be affecting my rate of loss? Don't get me wrong, I am so grateful for my sleeve, and three lbs lost isn't bad. I'm just very anxious for things to move along. I'm mdusha on MFP if anyone wants to friend me there and see my food diary. Thanks for your help!

Definitely work on protein. It may not make the loss any faster at this point, but it will help you to keep your muscle mass which is very important.
I can't figure out how to add people on MFP. Under "Friends" I only have Facebook Friends, Contacts, Email as options. I can't just search for user names. I would like to start logging food on here to see where I am as well.
Feel free to add me. I am MsJexi, my email is [email protected].
Thanks!

First 3 lbs in a week is really good. Congrats. You are losing at a fine rate. Looks like you are eating good. The only thing I saw that had carbs in them is the mini wheat breads but I doubt you are getting enough to make a blip. You don't log you water intake so just make sure you are getting a minimum of 64oz per day and more when you exercise.
