well did it step on scale after the holidays. been scared to do it . its been 15 months since ive had vsg so did a little cheating had a cookie, had some choclate covered pretzels , and chips. well beleive it or not i lost another 2 lbs i know its not a big lost but i didnt gain down to 147 from my high of 272 and have a totally normal bmi . so you can live a normal life after vsg didnt beleive either good luck to all the newbies and happy new year to all

Thats Great! I was already for another failure story (they seem to be rampant lately) and I was pleasantly surprised to hear a success. I guess the key is if you are going off plan to keep it to a minimum.
