2 Week appt

I had my 2 week post op appt today. I lost 6 pounds from 12-28-12 to 1-1-13 gained 1 pound the 2nd week. So I guess I'm at my first stall. Hopefully it won't last long. not allowed vitamins for another 2 weeks also can't exercise for 2 weeks. Feel really  good, tough getting all the protein in. not planning to hop on the scale till I go back to Dr in another 2 weeks. How often do you get weighed? Polly

You are off to a great start! I weigh every day...just my OCD kicking in. Doctor's only for my three months labs and next time will be the six months labs hopefully and nothing in between!

I go in on Monday for my 2 week appointment.  My doctor's nurse suggested that I wait until this appointment to see how much weight I've lost, but I weigh myself almost every day or two.  I couldn't wait that long!  Congratulations on your 6 pound loss!  I don't go back to my doctor until 3 months.
