Yep, this forum is sometimes kinda biblical...
So, I'm sitting in church today, listening to preacher talking about the importance of "transforming our minds", and I thought of all the advise I've seen on this forum and how it so parallels what is to be found in the good book. SO TRUE that we may be able to change our outsides, but if we don't work on the inside- get our minds right about who we are, and what our relationship with food and emotions, and all that stuff, the CHANGE IS ONLY SUPERFICIAL AND MAY NOT LAST. For me, I want my outside to reflect my inside for a change- (Like Pinocchio, I want to be Real....Time to clean out my heart and head while I'm cleaning out my kitchen cabinets and frig of all the garbage that has been getting in my way of that goal.)

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
