How long does stall last

Been on a stall 7 months is that normal cant push over hump

If you are looking to lose more... Are you tracking what you are consuming, what you are doing for activity, etc? If so maybe some of those further along can help you tweak things. Sometimes things need a bit of adjustment.

I could be wrong but I don't think "Stalls" last 7 months. I think when this happens it is because we are eating just enough to maintain that weight. You probably need to go back to basics and make sure your doing the right amount of protein ( and protein first) and few carbs ect.  Make sure you are getting emough exercise and I bet the weight starts coming off again =)
