High bilirubin levels

I just got my first post op lab results and all is well except my bilirubin levels.  Normal is at 20 and I'm at 41!!!! Has anyone ever had similar results?  Scheduled for an ultrasound...Kinda worried about my liver :(

I have no pain or issues...this is a complete surprise!!!

could be gallbladder/gallstone problems also, this is listed as a common side effect after WLS.  are you taking preventive meds for this?  ursoidol or similar?
