a first at the hairdresser!

Sometimes we don't see the progress we are making, at least I don't see it as easily as others do.....Went to the hairdresser and the cape didn't cut off my air supply around my neck as it used to.

I didn't notice it, but my hairdresser did...she pointed out it was loose and with room to spare.... she made my day!

Maybe not a first since at some point my neck had to be smaller, def a first in this millenium!!

Doesn't that feel great!

That's a good NSV!

That's a great NSV.  My favorite NSV was when I flew for the first time.  I had room in the seat and could cross my legs.  I almost cried..  Keep up the good work.
