I was reading through these posts and thought of a slogan used at a place I worked at long ago. PRIDE: progress realized in daily effort. That's what we're doing here- every day making some kind of progress; some of us working out head issues with food, others relationships, all of us trying to get healthier and happier with our bodies. Marching together, supporting each other, providing information and advice AND Smiling and Cheering each other on toward success. I'm feeling proud of myself tonight, and greatful for this opportunity to be doing something positive for my self for a change. Pat your selves on the back, too, and have a little PRIDE.

You're right!  We all need to Pat ourselves and each other on the back.  I find it easy to do for others but, not for myself.  Which is part of the reason I'm here.
