Sour Patch

Well I am 8 months out doing great.  I have not thrown up one time since this surgery....... Well,  I was at the movie yesterday with my daughter.   I just brought myself a bottle of water.  She had a box of sour patch kids.  I hate sour chewy candy.  She said mom you want a red one.  They were very little so I was like sure.  It was nasty.  Why did I eat that?  Well,  20 min later I had this awful pain in my stomach like bad gas and got very nauseous.  I went to the rest and threw up.  I thought hmmm wonder if I am getting that stomach bug.  Nope  after I threw up I was fine and felt better.   Lesson learned.  Have a great week OH family

you know whats funny about the body? once you stop eating things that aren't good for you, your body rejects them when you try to eat them again. if you keep trying your body will become immune again.
