I was sleeved 9/18/12, which is 5 months ago and I still can not eat much of anything and still have pain swallowing. Is this relatable?

Also, I lost alot of muscle...has anyone reshaped thier body after surgery?

Have you discussed the pain issue with your surgeon?

No, it's not normal to have a lot of pain at 5 months out.

Yes, a lot of people reshape their body. It's hard to put on muscle when you are eating at a severe calorie deficit though. (Some experts think it's impossible.) This is something most of us do once we get to goal. Strength training during weight loss is more about preserving as much muscle as possible than about reshaping.
