I did 4 miles on the treadmill in 1 hour! That's what a healthy, normal person should be able to do. I started in December at about 2.5 mph and added .1 mph every week. This is about the best NSV so far. Never thought my feet could move so fast.

Great work! Just goes to show, you don't have to get there at once. Progress.

That is fabulous!!!  I can't force myself to stay on one for that long.  I do walk around the track and the neighborhood though.  Keep it up!!!

So, are you up to 4.0 a mile? What incline?  I just started at the gym today with the treadmill, felt great!

CONGRATS!

4 mph- no incline yet. I'll finish the week and then dig out the manual and look at some of the options- lots of programs on the machine. Looking forward to it. I was such a physical slug for about 25 years. It's nice to experience a working body again.

That is a great achievement! I myself am waiting until I lose more to be running as much so I don't kill my knees, I spend most of my time on an elliptical or bike when I'm not lifting weights.
