A BMI of 29 seemed so far away...

Wooohoooo!! FINALLY in the hundreds again! Haven't seen that number on the scale in a VERY long time! I am now at a BMI of 29, "overweight" and am soooo very thankful for a second chance with my sleeve!
It is amazing what difference can be made when the hunger monkey isn't on your shoulder anymore...and when I'm not mentally strong enough to stay with the good eating plan 100% once in a while, the sleeve is there to physically keep me from overindulging. Love it!
Just wanted to share my joy today! I don't have lots of time this time of year (tax season) to come on OH, but I log on MFP every day. The support there is tremendous and so glad to have that site!
