Globe trotters are back

Well we are back from Paris and Germany. My dads surgery went well and we are glad to be back home! We were gone 2 1/2 weeks and over that time I lost 9 pounds which brings me to 116 lbs. lost. I am 7 months out and didn't expect to lose that much but was very happy with the results. i didnt always get all my protein in and lost lots of hair! i look like I was on chemo! glad to be home and did enjoy the trip! now getting back to what i am supposed to be doing, like getting water and protein in!
