My husband and I like to BBQ and yesterday, we decided to clean out the freezer and throw some things on the smoker...

Pork Tenderloin

Beef Brisket

Chicken sausage

Baby back ribs

Cheddar brats

The house smelled wonderful...hell, my husband's shirt and jacket smelled like HEAVEN!!! But I was okay...ate my Fage 0% greek yogurt and protein shake and all was good.

I love my sleeve and I love the control that I feel...

I'm looking forward to feeling that control, too.  I don't have it right now.

I eat barbecue all the time. Only a couple of ounces of lean brisket usually, and it is delicious! Of course I couldn't do this until 4 months post-op, so noobs shouldn't be trying this until the sleeve is ready.

OK the big question.  WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO WITH ALL THE MEAT?   That would have made 3268 meals for me. 😜
