Congrats!! Mine is 4/2 and officially 1 week away from my surgery... I have only 5 more days of the liquid diet after today.. I can say, I made sure that I ate my favorites before I had to go on the diet. Can say that this diet does work.. I have lost 10 lbs already.. I think that is what keeps me so motivated, watching as the numbers go down on the scale.

Everyone stumbles and falls occasionally and as much as you feel the weight of the world some days, tomorrow is always a new day.

CONGRATS ON YOUR 10 POUND LOST KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MY SURGERY IS 4/8 IM A LITTLE NERVOUS I ONLY WEIGHT 220 NOW I HOPE TO GET DOWN TO 150.. I NEED HELP I GO ON MY LIQUID DIET NEXT MONDAY.. HELP HOW HAS IT BEEN FOR YOU?
