I need a bit of advice/help (MFP diary attached)
I have copied a typical day of eating and need a bit of help/advice on restructuring my eating patterns. I have realized I am consuming the bulk of my calories in the evening because of lack of hunger during the day and a healthy fear of eating at work and having a bad reaction. Do you have any thoughts on how I should be eating? Should I be eating the bulk of my meals before a certain period of time? Or is food input the same no matter what time of the day?

Also, please note...I am drinking 13 cups of water per day
Your water totals are amazing. Your portions are about the size of mine @ 4 1/2 mo. out. I'm not an expert & maybe my bougie is just smaller but I'm just now eating about 2 1/2g of meat. I measure a 1/2c of cottage cheese as a snack & can't fini**** That's eating it by itself. Hopefully the experts will ring in on this.
Yeah definitely don't rely on your body's signal. I have to measure out my foods to a T. I feel full only after I've stopped eating and my brain catches up. Also, if I don't eat slowly, I end up still feeling hungry. As far as when you get your calories in, I've always done the bulk of my eating in the evenings. That's when my household chaos slows and I have time to enjoy my foods. I just make it a point to not eat past 9:00 at night.
When you feel able, try to make breakfast a little bigger. Or get a pure protein snack in between bkfst and lunch. I find if I have closer to 25 to 30 gms protein for breakfast or early in my day, I do much better eating evenly throughout the day without the swings of hunger or feeling like a bottomless pit. I am 7 months out now also and my sleeve capacity is larger than it used to be. I did not notice how far out you are.
You are about a week ahead of me. I had my surgery on the 11th of March and it looks like you're doing great. I feel I am eating too much too but it's about like your totals. well my sodium level stays under 2000. Great work on protein and water. That is what I am struggling with is my water. Love this site, we get so much feedback on whether we are doing right or if we need to make adjustments. Keep up the good work. Are you exercising yet? I am doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and just do what I can on it and make modifications but I love it. So I think the higher numbers should be where they are from the exercising. Does that make sense? Keep up the great work. Take care.

I'm staggered that you can eat that much volume at only a month out. At your stage I was managing 1/8-1/4 cup of soft food 3 times a day - the rest was shakes or yogurt. Is the amount (volume) uncomfortable for you? How do you feel after a meal?
I'm impressed as all get out at your water intake. I've never managed that much in a day - not a single time.
