Go back and read as many pages as you can in this forum.  Many of your questions and concerns will be answered and you'll learn bunches.

If you look at the top right of the screen you'll see Search. If you tap on that, then type in pretty much any topic you can think of about this surgery, you'll get a tonne of posts talking about that subject.

People are pretty decent about answering questions, but using Search will get you answers faster.
