My husband and I love to grill out and BBQ all summer long...it is such an obsession, that we plan vacation time around BBQ competitions and whole weekends around the smoker (we are from Kansas City, so...)

Yesterday we fired up the grill to do some quick burgers and sausage and I decided to try a salmon burger from Sam's Club...OMG...it filled that space in me that craves grilled foods...I can totally see this getting me through our summer socializing, lake trips, and holidays without feeling like I am deprived. Below is the nutrition information...comes packaged individually for ease!

Wouldn't just about any grilled meat work?

Ms. Shell,

We normally do brisket and ribs, meats that my NUT has said to avoid for the first few months because of their texture and fat content. So, to have this salmon option, I was pretty stoked.

We are also going to try some salmon and scallops next weekend...really happy that it is this time of the year!

I do extra lean sirloin burgers,  good on the grill too!
