Well Its been 3 months since my pre-op diet I weighted in at 387 and today im 285 and feeling wonderful. I love my sleeve I have lost 102 pounds I really can't believe it.

Damn!!! You've done awesome already!!! Keep fighting the good fight!!! I've noticed a lot of VSGers who are very successful when they step up to the plate BEFORE surgery. WTG!!!!
