Hi,

Have any of you used any of the following sites to finance your surgery? Any feedback or suggestions on a better place to finance your WLS surgery? So my surgery is coming up this week and I had all the money set aside for my surgery, but had an unexpected emergency and had to use some of the money I had save for my surgery. Now I'm in the middle of finding a place that will finance the rest of my surgery since I'm self pay. Any suggestions of a place that has good financing options for these types of surgeries?

Have you tried a getting a personal loan from a local credit union. I am probably going that route.

Maddiegab,

I checked my credit union for a personal loan, but their interest rates were too high. :(

You should check out CareCredit. My doctor's office didn't take it initially but I asked them about it, they looked into it and now they are set up to accept it. It's super easy to apply for, it took me literally less than 5 minutes. Good luck! =)
