Awesome NSV !!!!
I had my sleeve 10-29-12. I just returned from Las Vegas, my first time there. My youngest daughter got married there. At my high weight of 280#, I could have never walked endlessly all over Vegas to see the sights as well as all the walking I did at the Grand Canyon (incredible), but, at 170 #, I have the stamina and energy to do it. But, the hightlight of my trip (aside from seeing my baby get married) is that I've always wanted to go zip lining. I went zip lining 5 stories up over old Vegas. It was a little scary looking down that far, before launch.Once launched,it was like flying, and so much fun. I could have immediately done it 20 more times.Out of a group of about 20 of us that went, I was the only "oldster" that did it. I'm 55 and the other 2 that did it were in their twenties. I have a bucket list of things I'd have never dreamed of doing at 280#, the next on the list is para-sailing.For those of you on the fence about WLS or the very new post-op, it's never to late to make your dreams happen and have the healthiest and best life you can. Blessings to all !!!
All of it sounds so fabulous!!! Big congrats on everything!!! Kudos to the zip lining....I'm a few yrs older than you, and I may try it one day!
