Runner/Jogger/Walker Accountability thread--Thursday April 25th
Today is a rest day for me...however, I am still working on getting a minimum of 6000 steps on my pedometer at work today and doing my stretching and strength work.
I am definitely feeling the tightness in legs after my workout yesterday...knee is giving me a bit of an issue, however, I attribute some of that to the cold damp weather we are having in Kansas City.
Tomorrow is Day 3 of Week 1 on the C25K...supposed to rain all day, but that's okay...less people on my route...lol
What are you doing today????
I have a lifting day today. So 20 minutes on the arc trainer, interval level 4. And then I've got 3 sets each with 12, 10, 8 reps per set of squats, seated row, push ups, step ups, prone jackknife on the ball, leg press, adductor/abductor machine, shoulder press, and chest press. Then a little abdominal circuit with variety of crunches. Should be a good day :)
