Runner/Jogger/Walker--Friday 04/26/13
Man I completely thought today was Saturday. I've missed the last couple days at the gym. Had hives & couldn't get into the dr. They were getting worse. Went to urgent care & missed my boot camp Thurs. thought it was Sat. & didn't want to get up for my 8:30 class. Lazy. But actually no main classes on Friday so I didn't miss much. Tomorrow back at it. Thursday ends my boot camp. My husband is back to work on Monday. I can really put more time in at the gym when he's working. I also got 3 new videos to try, including insanity. May save that one until after my cruise next month. I'd have to miss about 10 days & I want to commit every day when I start it. Have a good weekend. HIIT circuit training & C25K in the morning. I need an alarm that says get out of bed & get to the gym you lazy bum.
