Running/Jogging/Walking--Saturday 04/27

Continues to be wet and cold here in KC...but tomorrow is supposed to be sunny and 80...wahoo!
On track to walk 3 miles today and doing some stretch and strength exercises.
Tomorrow is a bonus day of week one C25K...will start week 2 on Tuesday

I ran a 10k today (on my own, no race) in preparation for a race next weekend. It wasn't my longest distance but I struggled a bit around the 3-4 mile mark and then finished stronger. I think I'm running too many days consecutively. I'm taking tomorrow off and just doing light exercise on Wed and Friday. Mon, Tues, Thurs will be training days.
