VSG on 03/05/13

I went out with my husband and some friends last night to see some live music. I felt so good when I got dressed. I wore a sexy shirt I've had for 6 years and haven't worn in about 5. I felt so confident and pretty. I haven't felt this good in so long!

I am under 200 pounds, almost at my highest loss ever (37 pounds with Medifast in fall of 2011) and feeling better every day.

I LOVE MY SLEEVE!
