3 hours for approval? (cross post)
Did this really just happen??? I called my insurance around 11am to see if they had received the fax from my surgeons office. They had not. Its now 2pm and I just received an email from my surgeons office. Really?? Is this real or do you think I need more time for them to REALLY approve it? I called them yesterday for a turn around time and they told me 3 days on average. But 3 hours?? Am I crazy to get super excited? I know I met all their requirements so I wasn't afraid of a denial but I sure didnt expect an approval this fast!!!
