Inches Dropping...Really?

How fast do they drop? I'm in a short stall again, but took my measurements and had to do a double take! Is it possible to lose nearly two inches off your waist in less than a month???  My clothes and tape measure say yes....but really? Total all over, it seems I've lost nearly 6 inches across my body in less than a month. Can that really happen?

Yes, Yes, Yes.  This is why many suggest that you find other ways to measure your success, not just by the numbers on the scale.  The scale will start moving again but it does not always move as fast as we want it to.

I knew this could happen early out.  but after 100lbs lost... that's very cool.

Yes!  Especially when you're in a stall.  I've lost 1.5 inches from my waist in two weeks.  This is why taking measurements is so important.  It can be inspiring :)
