What's your question?

Every doctor's plan is different, but for there to be five stages in your plan means that you're taking it really slow - this is GOOD!  It will probably be really soft stuff like eggs, egg salad, moist meats, cottage cheese...go to your docs plan and read it carefully.  This will be your bible for recovery and I recommend you keep it in the kitchen until you're through all the stages.  Good luck to you!

You must permanently change your lifestyle if you want your weight loss to be permanent. You can do it!

Your doctor should have given you a sheet with his directions for this stage.   The doctors tend to be somewhat different in their stages and requirements.

What's stage 5? Every doc has a different program with different stages of progression at different rates. I only had two post op stages - liquids/mushies/purees/soft proteins and then everything else.

1st support group/seminar - 8/03 (has it been that long?)
