Major exercise NSV
So, today I was running along minding my own business when it hit me...I was RUNNING!!! And I didn't even get hit by lightning...and the gates of hell didn't open up and swallow me...and the sky didn't fall or anything!!
This soon to be former fattie was rockin' the 12 minute mile!!!
